Pictures speak a thousand words - so they say. Click here for a pictorial on how our products work.
You sure can! We offer rings in sizes 5 through 10. We try our very best to accommodate preferred ring size(s), but it is not guaranteed.
The rings you see on our site are for display and presentation purposes - it is not the same ring that is in the product. Rings valued $10 to $7500 are randomly selected for placement.
We have a massive inventory of rings which are placed into our products at random. Therefore, we do not know which of these arbitrary pieces you may receive in your scentsational JewelScent product and cannot make any promises that you may not receive a duplicate jewel. Though we do make best effort to ensure our products have a vast variety of styles that go in them, you might receive the same piece of jewelry more than once.
Normally, your order will be en route to you in 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5pm PST will be processed the next business day. Expect some delays during holidays.
All of the rings we include in our products are worth anywhere from $10 to $100. If it’s valued more than that and up to $7,500, you will find a golden token with a serial number in place of a ring. Your golden token surprise may be a ring, necklace, bracelet or earrings. Contact us with the serial number, and we’ll ship out your jewel in a separate package with a certificate of estimated retail value.
In order to ensure that your wick doesn't keep snuffing out, keep your wick trimmed to 1/4 inch. If your wick is too short, it may get drowned out in the pool of melted wax. If your wick is too long, the flames will also be too long and will be more prone to get blown out by a draft.
There may be a few reasons for that:
Nasal Desensitization - When you’ve had the same candle burning for some time, your nose gets accustomed to it, something also referred to as nasal desensitization. Rotate fragrances every 3 or 4 days. Light another candle with a different scent for a couple of days, then go back to your original candle. Removing yourself from the element and then introducing yourself back into the element will allow your nose to recognize the fragrance again.
Vents - Is your candle burning right underneath an intake vent for a heater or an air conditioner? If so, it may be pulling all fragrance from your candle. The bulk of fragrance gets sucked through the system and filtered out.
Air filtering system – Don’t burn your candle next to an air purifier ionizer. Those do a great job at filtering and pulling the candle fragrance out of the air, the same way it pulls smoke out of the air.
It’s because there are too many short burns. The rule of thumb is to let the candle burn 1 hour for every inch of diameter across the whole surface. For our candles, dedicate at least 3 hours of burn time or until the wax pool is liquid all the way across the surface. Make sure that you don’t keep it burning too long, though. Your wax pool should only be 1/2 inch deep. Also, always make sure to trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every burn. A wick too long may tilt to one side, causing it to only burn the wax on that side. By following these tips, you won’t get sinkholes and your candle will not burn unevenly.
